Features
UV stabilised PVC
Manufactured from a UV stabilised marine grade PVC, Norfloat International’s inflatable buoys will not degrade and become brittle or tacky.
Foam filled
For specialised applications, Norfloat International’s A and NB range of marker and mooring buoys can be pressure-filled using marine grade polyurethane foam to a density of 36kg per cubic metre.
Heavy duty rope eye
Norfloat International’s rope eye is one of the toughest in the world. Designed to withstand the rigours of the Norwegian fishing industry, Norfloat International is the sensible choice for commercial and private users.
Lettering
Irremovable lettering and numbering can be moulded into the buoys at the time of manufacture, making them ideal for beach marking, water enforcement, sponsorship, or anything else that requires permanent marking.
Valve
The Norfloat International valve is reliable, effective and allows easy inflation and deflation. The valve is sealed using a coarse threaded plastic screw, which is impossible to cross thread. The plastic design ensures seawater will not cause corrosion or seizure.
